What wine is OURANOS?
A dry white, 50% Malagousia and 50% Assyrtiko, PGI Halkidiki. A wine with character and finesse, for moments worth remembering.
How is it made?
It rests three months on fine lees, which give it depth, a rich body and a long finish.
Why are the bottles numbered?
Because OURANOS is made in a limited number of bottles. Each bottle carries its own handwritten “Nº” — a personal, hand-finished detail.
At what temperature is it served?
At 10–12°C. Open the bottle a little in advance and let the wine breathe to give all its aromas.
What is the alcohol content?
13% vol — balanced, so it accompanies food without overpowering it.
What does it pair with?
With lobster and seafood, grilled fish, white meats and hard cheeses. A wine for meals that matter.
Is it suitable as a gift?
