The Story of Ble Staxy
Ble Staxy was not born in a vineyard. It was born from a search.
For years we worked with producers, suppliers and people of the Greek market. We saw exceptional Greek wines remain unknown to the wider public, and everyday wines fall short of the expectations of Greek hospitality.
So we decided to do something different: to create a range of wines that would not rest on a single vineyard or a single winery — but on selection, on searching, on collaboration.
We sought out third-generation growers, varieties with character, and modern Greek wineries with know-how and respect for the product. We tasted dozens of samples. We compared regions, varieties and different vinifications. And we chose only those wines we would drink ourselves, at our own table.
The result is Ble Staxy. A Greek range of wines that combines the experience of the people of the vine with a modern understanding of hospitality.
Simple. Authentic. Greek.
We are not winemakers — but we ran to every winery to select what we offer you. We partner with third-generation growers and modern Greek wineries; we taste, we compare and we keep only the wines we would drink ourselves. And we don't stop.
The ear of wheat (stáhy) symbolizes the land that gives. Blue symbolizes Greece — the sky, the sea, the light. Together they express the bond between the Greek land and the Greek way of hospitality.
